CP: Gas up three cents as oil prices fall to 13-month low
The price of gasoline went up three cents a litre overnight to a $1.05 at stations across the GTA.
But the increase comes despite world crude oil prices falling to their lowest level in 13 months.
Crude oil prices have been dragged down Thursday because of expectations that economic weakness will cut further into demand. Oil fell to the $75US a barrel range, the lowest price since September of last year.
The Canadian dollar is down about a penny, after opening at 86.43 cents US this morning.
