BLBG: European Two-Year Notes Reverse Declines; Yield at 2.93 Percent

Oct. 20 (Bloomberg) -- European two-year government notes advanced, reversing declines.
The gains drove the yield on the two-year note 2 basis points lower to 2.93 percent by 1:04 a.m. in London. The price of the 4 percent security due September 2010 climbed 0.03, or 30 euro cents per 1,000-euro ($1,343) face amount, to 101.93.
The yield on the 10-year German bund, Europe's benchmark government security, climbed 2 basis points to 4.03 percent. Yields move inversely to bond prices.
