RTTN: Canadian dollar at new multi-year low against yen
The Canadian dollar edged down to a new multi-year low of 76.18 against the Japanese yen by 8:00 am ET Thursday, compared to yesterday's close of 77.93. The pair attempted to reverse direction thereafter and currently trading at 77.10.
The Bank of Canada Monetary Policy Report will be made public today at 10:30 am ET. Traders are also looking ahead of the Canadian inflation report for September, which will be released on Friday.
