FXS: Palladium rises 5 pct to $177.50/oz, tracking platinum
LONDON, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Palladium rose 5 percent on Tuesday to a session high of $177.50 an ounce, tracking gains in its sister metal platinum and in gold, as the dollar softened versus the euro.
Spot palladium was quoted at $177/187 an ounce at 1421 GMT, up from $167.50 an ounce late in New York on Monday. Platinum was at $797/817 an ounce against $772.50.
