Oct. 29--The price of North Slope oil sold on West Coast open markets closed today at $64.45 a barrel, up $4.77 for the day.
U.S. natural gas, at the Lower 48's Henry Hub, was $6.59 per million BTU today, up $0.23.
Gold closed at $752.80 per ounce today on the New York Mercantile Exchange, up $13.50.
Zinc closed at $0.5497 per pound today, up 3.17 cents.
