AP: Dollar mostly higher, gold falls afternoon trading |

LONDON (AP) -- The U.S. dollar was mostly higher against other major currencies in European trading Monday. Gold fell.
The euro traded at $1.2673, down from $1.2759 late Friday in New York.
Other dollar rates:
-99.01 Japanese yen, up from 98.70
-1.1697 Swiss francs, up from 1.1552
-1.1882 Canadian dollars, down from 1.2026
The British pound was quoted at $1.5824, down from $1.6143.
Gold traded in London at $729.50 per troy ounce, down from $730.75 late Friday.
