By Moming Zhou

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures closed slightly higher Friday, ending the week's trading up for the first time in a month, as the U.S. dollar weakened against the euro after a worse-than-expected employment report. Gold for December delivery rose $2, or 0.3%, to end at $734.20 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange. It rose to $744.90 earlier. Gold ended the week up 2.2%, gaining for the first week since Oct. 10.
