MW; U.S. stock futures stay down as October retail sales plunge

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stock futures remained under water after the Commerce Department estimated retail sales fell more than projected in October, down a record 2.8%. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were down 154 points at 8,676. S&P 500 futures declined 13.6 points to 894.1, while Nasdaq 100 futures declined 16.25 points to 1,218.25.
