ND: US Dollar Advances To 4-Day High Versus Polish Zloty
The US currency advanced against its Polish counterpart in New York trading on Monday. The dollar is presently trading at a 4-day high of 3.0022 versus the Polish unit. The dollar-zloty pair closed Friday's deals at 2.9236.
The Poland's Central Statistical Office announced today that the trade deficit stood at EUR17.1 billion during the January to September. Exports increased 17.7% year-over-year to EUR87.8 billion, while imports rose 19.9%, totaling EUR104.9 billion.
