RTRS: Dollar rises vs euro as Sept US capital inflows surge
NEW YORK, Nov 18 (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar edged higher against the euro on Tuesday after U.S. capital inflows in October surged to their highest in nearly three years.
The euro traded down 0.2 percent at $1.2622 .
