AP: Dollar mostly up, gold in falls morning trading |

LONDON (AP) - The U.S. dollar was mostly higher against other major currencies in European trading Tuesday morning. Gold fell.
The euro traded at $1.2842, down from $1.2877 late Monday in New York.
Other dollar rates:
_95.81 Japanese yen, down from 96.85
_1.2033 Swiss francs, up from 1.1988
_1.2395 Canadian dollars, up from 1.2377
The British pound was quoted at US$1.5074, down from $1.5115.
Gold traded in London at $802.50 per troy ounce, down from US$822.50 late Monday.
