BLBG: U.S. Treasuries Decline; 10-Year Yield Rises to 2.75 Percent

Dec. 9 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasuries dropped for a third day, erasing an earlier gain.
The decline drove the yield on the benchmark 10-year note 1 basis point, or 0.01 percentage point, higher to 2.75 percent as of 10:50 a.m. in London, according to BGCantor Market Data. The price of the 3.75 percent security due November 2018 fell 3/32, or 94 cents per $1,000 face amount, to 108 21/32.
The two-year yield rose three basis points to 0.97 percent.
