LONDON (MarketWatch) -- European shares started flat-to-higher on Tuesday, as drugmakers such as AstraZeneca up 1.2%, performed well. Elsewhere, shares in Cadbury fell 3.2% after it updated investors and named a new finance chief. Overall, the U.K. FTSE 100 index was little changed at 4,278.72, the German DAX 30 index rose 0.7% to 4,684.89 and the French CAC-40 index climbed 0.3% to 3,195.98.
