MW: Euro slips to one-month low vs. dollar after ECB rate cut
The euro slipped to its lowest level versus the U.S. dollar in a month Thursday, after the European Central Bank cut its key lending rate by a half-point to 2%. The euro traded at $1.3091 in recent action after slipping to $1.3072, according to FactSet, its lowest level versus the dollar since mid-December. Ahead of the widely-expected decision, the euro traded around $1.3170, little changed from levels in late North American trade Wednesday.
