U.S. stocks started strongly higher on Friday, continuing the prior session's bounce back from its recent run down, with investors heartened by government moves to shore up two of the country's biggest banks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 126 points to 8,339.29. The S&P 500 advanced 14.12 points to 857.86. The Nasdaq Composite climbed 19.34 points to 1,531.18.
