The 2018 bond yield at 5.62 percent, from the previous
close of 5.68 percent, as investors judged a recent fall in
prices as excessive.
RUPEE --------------
The rupee at 49.06/07 per dollar, from the previous close
of 49.20/22, and off an early low of 49.40, as local shares
pared losses.
