U.S. stock futures held on to their gains, after data showed a rise in jobless claims and a fall in demand for durable goods. Futures for the Dow Industrials were up 68 points, or 0.9%, to 7,296, and those for the S&P 500 index ) rose 10.80 points, or 1.4%, to 772.30. Nasdaq 100 futures rose 12.75 points, or 1.1%, to 1,166. |
