MYS: MCXAGRI ends down by 11.55 pts
 
At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), MCXAGRI ended the day at 1,712.81 down 11.55 points, or 0.67%, after opening at 1,725.15.

MCXCOMDEX is trading down by 13.24 points, or 0.66%, at 1,991.36 after opening at 2,004.98. (05.06 p.m.). Other index like MCXMETAL is trading downward by 8.66 points, or 0.36%, at 2,416.38 after opening at 2,426.02. Meanwhile MCXENERGY is trading down by 19.60 points, or 1.02%, at 1,905.15 after opening at 1,910.81.

At the National Commodity and Derivative Exchange (NCDEX), the FUTEXAGRI is trading up 7.77 points at 1,965.38 and NCDEXAGRI is trading up 7.86 points at 1,916.89.

Top gainers at the MCX were Black Pepper - May contract, (2%) with open interest of 3, Aluminium - March contract, (1.31%) with open interest of 595, Crude oil - July contract, (0.89%) with open interest of 61, Aluminium - April contract, (0.79%) with open interest of 107, and Mentha oil - May contract, (0.69%) with open interest of 206.

Laggards at the MCX were Tin - March contract, (5.90%) with open interest of 3, Tin - April contract, (3.99%) with open interest of 595, Nickel - May contract, (2.94%) with open interest of 61, Jute - June contract, (2.87%) with open interest of 107, and Silver - September contract, (2.86%) with open interest of 206.

Top gainers at the NCDEX were Silver 5 Kgs - May contract, (5.57%) with open interest of 5, Crude oil - May contract, (2.84%) with open interest of 2,700, Sugar M-30 - March contract, (2.06%) with open interest of 36,050, Black Pepper - September contract, (1.62%) with open interest of 0, and Castor Seed - March contract, (1.34%) with open interest of 580.

Top losers at the NCDEX were Guar Seeds - July contract, (2.16%) with open interest of 800, Guar Gum - July contract, (2.14%) with open interest of 235, Barley - July contract, (1.95%) with open interest of 235, Guar Seeds - September contract, (1.82%) with open interest of 550, and Jeera (Cuminseed) - June contract, (1.66%) with open interest of 825.
