NEW YORK: Gold prices dipped back below $900 an ounce on Wednesday as Wall Street's buying spree intensified. Energy and agriculture futures also fell.
Gold for April delivery dropped $27.70 to settle at $889.10 an ounce on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices have not closed that low since the end of January. However, gold prices were rising in after-hours trading.
