MW: U.S. stock futures trim advance after weekly jobless claims
U.S. stock futures lightly scaled back early gains Thursday after the government reported weekly jobless claims last week rose 12,000 to 669,000. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were up 112.7 points at 7,821.9. Those for the S&P 500 gained 12.2 points to 821.4, while Nasdaq 100 futures rose 19.25 points to 1,270.25.
