MW: U.S. stock futures add to gains after jobs, housing data
U.S. stock futures jumped up on Thursday after the government reported a large drop in weekly jobless claims, along with a March drop in housing starts. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 60 points to 8,040.00. S&P 500 Index futures gained 4.10 points to 852.6, while Nasdaq 100 futures added 14.25 points to 1,331.25.
