Treasury prices increased Monday, pushing yields down from the highest since November, before the Federal Reserve makes another foray into the market to purchase debt maturing between 2016 and 2019. Ten-year note yields declined 1 basis point to 3.15%. Also coming are reports on pending home sales and construction spending in March. Traders also noted uncertainty over the results of banks' stress tests coming later in the week for strength in U.S. debt.
