BLBG: Swiss Franc Drops as SNB Says It Is Implementing Franc Policy
The Swiss franc dropped against the euro after central bank governing board member Thomas Jordan said it wants to prevent a further appreciation of Switzerland’s currency.
The franc weakened to 1.5085 per euro by 4 p.m. in Zurich, from 1.5053 yesterday. It also slipped to 1.1093 versus the dollar, from 1.1066.
