MW: U.S. stock futures ease drop after economic data
U.S. stock futures on Friday remained under water but trimmed earlier losses after economic data had consumer prices holding flat in April but falling 0.7% in the last 12 months, the biggest drop in 54 years. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average were off 22 points at 8,265.00. Those for the S&P 500 declined 7.10 points to 882.40. Nasdaq 100 futures were down 7.75 points at 1,347.00.
