BLBG: Pound Extends Gain Against Dollar, Erases Drop Versus Euro, Yen
The pound extended gains against the dollar and recovered its losses versus the euro and the yen.
The British currency climbed 0.6 percent to $1.5934 as of 12:57 p.m. in London. The pound was little changed at 87.75 pence per euro, after weakening to 88.40 pence, and traded at 149.67 yen, from 149.56 yen yesterday.
