Oil futures fell back below $60 a barrel Tuesday, feeling pressure on overall worries about the economy and speculation OPEC won't reduce production quotas when the oil cartel meets Thursday, said analysts at Jyske Bank. The Nymex July oil futures contract was down $1.81 in recent action at $59.86 a barrel and had traded as low as $59.53. Gold futures were also lower, with the July contract down $14.70 to trade at $944.20 an ounce.
