FRX: Dollar drifts higher vs euro after Empire State data

NEW YORK, June 15 (Reuters) - The dollar edged higher against the euro on Monday after U.S. data showed New York state's factory sector contracted at a deeper rate in June.
The euro dipped to $1.3853 after the report, down 1.2 percent on the day, from about $1.3874 just before. (Reporting by Gertrude Chavez-Dreyfuss; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
