RTRS: Bonds hold at lower levels after PPI, home data
NEW YORK, June 16 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury debt prices were steady at lower levels on Tuesday after a surprisingly strong May reading on housing starts and weaker-than-expected May figures on producer prices.
The price on benchmark 10-year notes were down 16/32, little changed from the level prior to the data. Their yield which moves inversely to their price was 3.78 percent, flat versus the level shortly before the data and 3.72 percent late on Monday.
