South Africa platinum group metals miner Platmin has filed a preliminary prospectus in Canada to raise up to US$250m in new equity.
The net proceeds will be used for operational and working capital funding at the Pilanesberg Platinum Mine and acquisition of 10% of the Sedibelo platinum project, plus exploration, general and administrative expenses
