BLBG: Copper Advances in London as Banking Concerns Ease: LME Preview

April 20 (Bloomberg) -- Copper rose from a three-week low in London as concerns over increased scrutiny on banks eased after people familiar with the matter said regulators were split on suing Goldman Sachs Group Inc.
