RTRS: Spot palladium rises to 2-yr high above $551/oz
TOKYO, April 21 (Reuters) - Spot palladium price rose to its highest since March 2008 to above $551 per ounce on Wednesday amid a recovery in risk appetite and strong investor demand for palladium-backed exchange-trade funds.
Palladium was at $551.75 per ounce at 0026 GMT, up 0.5 percent against $549 late in New York on Tuesday and exceeding its previous high marked on Tuesday.
