RTTN: Dollar Advances Against Most Majors Ahead Of U.S. PPI And Jobless Claims Reports
(RTTNews) - At 8:30 am ET Thursday, the U.S. PPI for March is slated for release. At the same time, the Labor Department is scheduled to release its customary jobless claims for the week ended April 17. Ahead of the release of the reports, the dollar advanced against the euro, the franc and the pound, but declined against the yen.
At 8:25 am ET, the dollar traded at 1.5397 against the pound, 1.3347 against the euro, 1.0737 against the franc and 93.01 against the yen.
