By Matthew Brown
May 18 (Bloomberg) -- The euro remained little changed against the dollar after a report showed that German investor confidence fell in May.
The European currency traded at $1.2412 as of 10:03 a.m. in London from $1.2395 in New York yesterday.
The ZEW Center for European Economic Research in Mannheim said its index of investor and analyst expectations dropped to 45.8 from 53 in April. Economists expected a slide to 47, according to the median of 35 forecasts in a Bloomberg News survey. The report aims to predict developments six months ahead.
