(RTTNews) - The yen that strengthened against other major currencies in early European deals on Tuesday pared some of its gains shortly as the European stocksmarkets rebounded, thus reducing demand for the safe-haven Japanese currency.
The yen thus eased from multi-day highs against most majors.
At present, the yen is worth 134.71 against the pound, 91.33 against the dollar, 80.05 against the franc and 111.98 against the euro.
