NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. Treasurys gained early on Wednesday, sending yields lower, after a report showing a drop in U.S. homebuilding and falling producer prices. Yields on benchmark 10-year Treasurys (UST10Y 3.25, -0.06, -1.78%) fell 4 basis points to 3.262%. Yields on 2-year notes (UST2YR 0.73, -0.03, -4.22%) fell 3 basis points to 0.722%.
