SAN FRANCISC0 (MarketWatch) -- Oil prices swerved in and out positive territory Wednesday ahead of a key Deparment of Energy report on weekly crude inventory levels. Oil for July delivery gained a penny to $76.94 a barrel. The DOE's Energy Information Administration is scheduled to report energy stockpiles at 10:30 a.m. Eastern.
