The price of oil on world commodity exchanges was growing Tuesday morning on news the economy in the United States is gaining strength, a fact experts believe will lead to increased demand for fuel. The price of a September futures contract for WTI light sweet crude in electronic trading on Nymex was up 1 cent to $81.49 a barrel by 7:00 Moscow time. The price of a September futures contract for North Sea Brent blend has risen 6 cents to $81.05 in London. Oil prices climbed the day as the U.S Federal Reserve met to adopt a decision on stimulating the U.S. economy.
