RTRS: Europe Products-Prices slip lower in thin trade
LONDON, Aug 11 (Reuters) - European product prices slipped
lower in summer-thinned trade on Wednesday, tracking losses in
crude oil futures that were down by more than one percent.
GASOLINE AND NAPHTHA * Prices of benchmark Eurobob, the export grade gasoline,
traded at $710 and $712 a tonne fob ARA, falling from Tuesday's
close at $719-$720.
* Dealing was a thin 3,000 tonnes changing hands.
* The fall in Eurobob prices was limited compared with crude
oil and its crack, or premium, to dated Brent BFO- firmed by
about 40 cents to around $5.55 a barrel.
* Traders said the crack was supported by an unexpected fall
in U.S. gasoline inventories in the weekly figures from industry
group American Petroleum Institute on Tuesday. [API/S]
* Later on Wednesday, the market focus will shift to the
U.S. government data, which analysts expect to show a 200,000
barrel increase in gasoline inventories in the week to Aug. 6.

* ICE Brent crude futures LCOc1 were trading 85 cents
lower at $78.75 a barrel by 0956 GMT.
* U.S. RBOB gasoline futures RBc1 in New York were trading
0.5 percent lower at $2.0740 a gallon.
* RBOB crack to U.S. crude RB-CL1=R was around $7.68 a
barrel. CL-HO1=R
* Turkey will support petrol sales by Turkish companies to
Iran, Energy Minister Taner Yildiz told Reuters on Wednesday,
despite U.S. sanctions that aim to squeeze the Islamic

* Russian oil giant LUKOIL (LKOH.MM) has resumed gasoline
sales into Iran in partnership with China's state-run firm
Zhuhai Zhenrong, trade sources said on Wednesday.

MIDDLE DISTILLATES * Barges of diesel were offered at premiums of $10 a tonne
fob ARA to August ICE gas oil futures and at a $9 premium to
September futures for the second half of the month.
* Gas oil barges were offered at $2/$3 discounts to August
futures.
* The August ICE gas oil fell $7.25 to $662.25 a barrel by
1103 GMT. LGOc1
* The contango was around $7.00 a tonne, holding steady over
the last 24 hours LGO-LCO1=R.
* The prompt crack was $11.07 a barrel. LGO-1=R
FUEL OIL * Barges of high-sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) with 3.5 percent
sulphur content were offered at $444-$445 a tonne fob ARA,
compared with deals around $448 on Tuesday.
* On crack basis, the prices were higher than Tuesday's
close around minus $9.50 a barrel.
