MW: Crude-oil futures bounce back from five-week lows

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Crude-oil futures on Tuesday rebounded from the prior session's fall to five-week lows, reclaiming the $76-a-barrel level as a weaker U.S. dollar offered some support for the commodity. Crude for September delivery gained 79 cents to $76.03 a barrel in electronic trade on Globex. On Monday, the contract lost 15 cents to end at $75.24 a barrel, the lowest for a most-active contract since mid-July.
