NEW YORK, Aug. 18 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices dropped below $75 a barrel Wednesday on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
Early morning trading indicated September delivery light, sweet crude oil was trading down 0.91 cents, at $74.86.
Reformulated blendstock gasoline was off 0.0263 cents to $1.9272 a gallon.
Henry Hub natural gas was trading at $4.278 per million British thermal units, up 0.011.
Home heating oil also began the session up, trading at $2.0058 a gallon, for a 0.0201-cent gain.
At the pump, the price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $2.737, down from Tuesday's $2.742 average, AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report indicated.
