KY: Dollar falls to new 15-yr low, euro hits 9-yr low, both against yen
The U.S. dollar hit a new 15-year low in the mid-84 yen level and the euro fell to a nearly nine-year low in the 106 yen range Tuesday in Tokyo on the back of growing concerns over prospects for the global economy and inaction by Japanese authorities to stem the yen's rise.
