NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Crude-oil futures added to early gains on Friday after a better-than-expected revision to second-quarter economic growth. At the latest, benchmark crude for October delivery was up 20 cents to $73.56 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The Commerce Department on Friday cut its GDP estimate for the latest quarter to 1.6% from 2.4%. Economists polled by MarketWatch had expected a revision down to 1.3%.
