NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Oil prices on Friday wandered below $83 a barrel as investors looked to what Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke would say about potential Fed moves ahead to help sustain the recovery. Benchmark crude for November delivery was off 38 cents at $82.31 a barrel in electronic trade on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It fell 32 cents to end at $82.69 on Thursday.
