TOKYO, Nov. 17, 2010 (Xinhua News Agency) -- The U.S. dollar traded at the mid-83 yen level Wednesday in Tokyo.
The dollar bought 83.41-43 yen at 5 p.m., up from 83.27-37 yen in New York and 83.04-05 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
The euro was quoted at 1.3482-3484 dollars and 112.46-50 yen, compared with 1.3485-3495 dollars and 112.32-42 yen in New York and 1.3599-3600 dollars and 112.93-97 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday.
