A BOLTON town centre firm of solicitors was celebrating its silver anniversary today with a lunch for staff.
Kippax Beaumont Lewis, known as KBL, based in Mawdsley Street, was formed in 1985 following the merger of Lewis and Co and Kippax Beaumont.
KBL covers business, commercial property, landlord and tenants, corporate work, matrimonial, wills, probate, trusts, personal injury, employment litigation, capital tax planning, sports and licensing and commercial work including trading relationships.
Managing partner Phil Stephenson said: “We have weathered the credit crunch and we are in quite good shape and we have kept the teams together.
“Now we are looking to build on the success of the last 25 years and are looking to double our current size within the next five years or so.
“We would like to thank our clients and professional contacts for all their support over the last 25 years and look forwards to working with them in the future.”
Today the 39 staff at KBL were being treated to a meal at nearby restaurant Ciao Napoli.
