BLBG: Wheat, Corn Advance as Demand for U.S. Supplies May Increase
Wheat futures gained as much as 0.8 percent to $8.045 a bushel on the Chicago Board of Trade on optimism that demand for U.S. supplies will expand. The contract for May delivery traded at $8.03 a bushel at 8:10 a.m. Singapore time. Corn for May delivery gained 0.6 percent to $7.0675 a bushel, while soybeans were little changed at $13.3275 a bushel.
