MW: Gold dips in and out of red after U.S. stocks open

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Gold futures wavered between small gains and losses after U.S. stock markets faltered at the open on Thursday. Gold for April delivery (GCJ11 1,415, +1.30, +0.09%) was recently down 70 cents to $1,413.50 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange.
