RTTN: Australian Dollar Extends Gains Against Majors
(RTTNews) - The Australian dollar continued to creep higher against its major rivals in early New York trading on Wednesday.
At present, the aussie is trading at a 6-day high of 1.3731 against the euro and a 5-day high of 83.76 versus the Japanese yen.
Challenging yesterday's highs, the aussie touched 1.0134 against the US dollar and moving away from its Asian session's 1-week low of 1.3595 against the NZ dollar to trade above the 1.37 level.
