MW: Euro-zone economic sentiment index falls to 107.3

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- The European Commission on Wednesday said its index of economic sentiment in the 17-nation euro zone fell to 107.3 in March from 107.9 in February. Economists had forecast a reading of 107.5.
