ST: Base metals decline on stockists selling
 
PTI reported that most of the base metals prices declined in an otherwise sluggish non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists selling amidst subdued industrial offtake.

Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper utensils scrap, copper wire bar and brass utensils scrap all fell by INR 4 per kilogram each to INR 475, INR 464, INR 428, INR 503 and INR 316 respectively from last Saturday's closing level of INR 479, INR 468, INR 432, INR 507 and INR 320.

Copper armiture and aluminum ingots both edged down by INR 2 per kilogram each to INR 459 and INR 140. Copper sheet cutting, brass sheet cutting, aluminum utensils scrap and zinc all softened by a rupee per kilogram each to INR 453, INR 327, INR 110 and INR 132.
